This study investigates the Carrying Capacity of Kelardasht as a Destination based on the Host attitude and perception. A survey of 314 residents of Kelardash in three different group include: residents, entrepreneurs and public sector providers, show that respondents supported the current magnitude of Tourism and favored its expansion. Despite this, there is a significant difference in Host attitudes toward two types of Tourists in the area, so that the Host attitudes toward second home Tourists is completely negative and it is positive toward overnight Tourists. Therefore the Carrying Capacity of case study has different position with regard to two types of Tourism, so that with regard to Second Homes, the Carrying Capacity of study Area has reached on its threshold and this position for overnight Tourists hasn't confirmed. The results show that there is a direct relationships between the attitudes of Host Community(as a key factor in determining the carrying capacity of a destination) and one's individual benefits of Tourism, one's attitude to the future of destination influenced by Tourism and dependence of destination to Tourism.

Cultural Geography of Territorial State in Iran
FA

In general, the modern state in the west was the product of relationships and interactions of socio-political actors in pre-capitalist order. The Christianity's approach toward the phenomenon of power turned out to be starting-point for the modern state in the west. In reverse, Iran's pre-capitalist order did not transform to the new order in the period between the dissolution of the Sassanid till the rise of the Safavid and even in the epoch of the dominance of Islamic ideology. In Iran, Islam with its cultural signs deterred the transition to the new order of the modern state in political, economic and social arenas. The Iranian state adapted its territorial relationships to the framework of Islamic Omma

The influence of geopolitics on the direction of the nations’ foreign policies and the international system has always been a major preoccupation of the international relations scholars. Over the recent years, particularly after 9/11, the influence has doubled. Enjoying geopolitical and geostrategic significance, the Middle East is a region which has witnessed many changes in this regard, drawing considerable attention. Thus, knowledge of modern Middle Eastern geopolitics and assessing current international developments within a geopolitical framework are bound to have an effective influence on adoption of proper foreign policy on the part of the regional countries.
This essay studies developments after 9/11, using modern geopolitics to examine different periods in Iran’s foreign policy. Given Iran is a key, influential player in the political-social developments in the Middle East, the essay looks at the position of modern geopolitics in devising the foreign policy of Iran towards the Middle Eastern countries, advocating a model of competition and interaction for Iran’s foreign policy

Given the importance of cooperatives in women's empowerment and the necessity of improving their performance, the present study was conducted to investigate factors or constructs discriminating successful and non-successful women's cooperatives to recognize the enabling conditions for cooperative's success. This was a co relational-survey type research in which 12819 of the members of directing boards as well as 1500 experts of the ministry of cooperation consisted its statistical population, respectively. Out of these, 453 members of directing boards and 153 experts of the ministry of Cooperation were selected as sample through a multi-stage sampling technique. Two questionnaires were developed for collecting the data. The validity of the questionnaires was approved through panel of expert's judgment. The reliabilities of the main scales of the questionnaires were 0.97 and 0.84 for the two populations under study, respectively as formerly introduced. Cluster and discriminate analyses in SPSS-Win were applied to analyze the data. In addition, a campsite index was developed to assess the performance of women's cooperatives in different provinces by hierarchical cluster analysis technique. Then, the provinces were classified based on this index. According to discriminating analysis, the power of repaying loans, revolving capital, current property, cooperative's income and the level of credotorship were the main variables affecting cooperative success.
