It is therefore important that the principles of the program, be flexible and accordance with city conditions. In this regard, the following questions can be posed is:
Is the indicators of urban development strategies in Piranshahr is in an appropriate level?
Is the residents of Piranshahr in relation to potential of the city and its prospects in the next 20 years (Horizon 1413), the consensus?
Based on the potential and the limitations of Piranshahr, which strategy is the best strategy for future development of the city?
The present study based on the objectives, functional, and the method is descriptive analytical. The data collected using a questionnaire-based survey (open and closed questions). Statistical population study, three groups of citizens, officials and elites is Piranshahr. to assess the situation Piranshahr in terms of having the index CDS, in the form of likert spectrum questionnaires between groups of citizens, officials and elites, distribution and data collection, Spss software was used for analysis. First by using average rate Piranshahr CDS indices were measured. Then, using Manova, different views of the groups studied. Secondly, according to the results of the questionnaire and according to plan upper and review the status quo, Attempted to identify and characterize the key constraints and potential and future development prospects were Piranshahr. Then, assess the development prospects and placement of items identified in the SWOT model and weighting them by redistributing the questionnaire was conducted. According to the results of weighted the questionnaires, by a combination of models and ANP-SWOT and AHP-SWOT Expert Choice software Super Decision and were weighted to prioritize strategies are developed.
Discussion the findings of this study, conducted in three main phases:
