ABSTRACT
Considering the symmetry of development and convergence in the structure of contemporary globalization, the countries of Central Asia-Iran consider modern regionalism as a key component in the grand strategy of their national authority. Considering the importance of this issue and the characteristics of the definition of these countries in a certain geographical region, the question and hypothesis of this article were designed and presented with the aim of knowing the diverse capacities and the mechanism of promoting development and convergence in this region. Using the quasi-paradigmatic approach of the mechanism network, the relationship between the representative components of development and convergence at the global level and its regional level in Central Asia-Iran was analyzed, and the necessary solutions were presented. In the global-regional network model of the global components of symmetry of development and convergence, social capital in the network society, global capitalism in the network economy and the balance of intelligent forces in the network power policy, respectively, with representative components in the regional network of these countries; civilizational identity in the structure of geo-culture, competitive advantage in the structure of geo-economy, and the stability of national-regional authority in the structure of geopolitics have mutual effects. The result is that the common geographical capacities or values of the region can be processed in the natural-organic process of the new regional order of Central Asia-Iran in combination with the opportunities of contemporary globalization to geopolitical realities. This is possible with the aligned and constructive role of these countries in creating a powerful region based on regional and global geopolitical realities. So, the relational distribution of power has brought an important position in the geopolitical context of a network for these countries.
Extended Abstract
Introduction
In contemporary globalization, development and convergence have become the common goal or driving force of developing countries and in line with the national grand strategy. Contemporary regionalism is greatly affected by the networking of communications with the power of space, currents and the activism of new actors, one of the results of which is the direct effect of convergence and development on each other or its symmetry at the level of the global structure. Despite the challenges experienced in regionalism, Central Asia Countries -Iran still welcome regionalization or regional initiatives of which these countries are a part, as a key component in the grand strategy of their national authority. Central Asia is one of the five geopolitical circles surrounding Iran, which includes an important part of Iran's cultural territory with its geographical continuity and cultural-civilizational affinities. Despite having diverse basic values and a high capability of cooperation and interaction, Iran and Central Asia have not had the necessary ability to promote development-oriented convergence capacities with their initiatives to create a region or effective joint activism in implementing new regional plans in contemporary globalization. At the same time, the trend of modern regionalism in Central Asia shows that, despite the previous unsuccessful efforts of the countries in this region, they are gradually overcoming the internal obstacles of regionalism by joining larger regional organizations. The geographical space of Iran-Central Asia has various geographical features and values necessary for the expansion of regional interactions. So, in combination with the opportunities for symmetry of development and convergence in contemporary globalization, they are processed into geopolitical realities in the natural-organic process of the new regional order.
The issue's importance is that the rapid and complex developments of contemporary globalization have strongly related important categories such as development, convergence and regionalism. Therefore, considering the low level of interactions between the countries of Iran and Central Asia, despite the existence of various platforms, it is necessary to choose a perspective and a method that is suitable for the global-regionalization process, the mechanism of improving the capacities of convergence and development between the countries of Iran and Central Asia, analysis and the necessary solutions. In strengthening the active participation and the centrality of these countries, the goal is to overlap the new regional order with the territory of cultural Iran. Considering the importance of this issue in the new regional order and the common characteristics that define these countries in a specific geographical region, this question is raised to know the diverse capacities and the mechanism of promoting development and convergence in this region, which the development and convergence capacities of Central Asian Countries -Iran in the mechanism of the new regional order, how will it be possible to update and upgrade?
In response to this hypothesis, it is presented that Iran and Central Asia can update and upgrade the basic and internal capacities of development and convergence by taking advantage of global opportunities in the new regional order so that in a natural-organic process, they form the absorbent core and the center of its convergence. Thus, with a quasi-paradigmatic network approach, we analyze the capacities of development and convergence in the new regional order in the three structures of the geopolitical network (in its special sense), the geo-economic network and the geo-culture network of the Central Asia-Iran region.

Methodology
This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. The method of collecting data and information for this research is document-library and by reading books, articles, dissertations, and internet resources.

Results and discussion
Knowing the different aspects of the new regional order is strongly influenced by contemporary globalization. Thus, regionalism is globalization on the scale of regions. Therefore, by taking advantage of the network approach, the neglected aspects of the development and convergence mechanism of Central Asia-Iran at the global level with the components of social capital, the global value chain and the balance of intelligent forces, and at the regional level in the three main geopolitical structures on which the regional order is formed. The components of civilizational identity in the structure of geo-culture, competitive advantage in the structure of geo-economy, and joint strategic depth and continuity were discussed even though in the new regional order and at the level of its structural analysis on a global scale, geographical criteria have become less important. Suppose the geographical space of the region has diverse common values of synergy in regional convergence and development. In that case, they are combined with the opportunities of globalization with alignment and consensus in aligned policies, playing an essential and irreplaceable role in the geographical-organic structure and evolution from a regional grouping to a regional organization.

Conclusion
Iran and Central Asia have diverse geographical values in the geopolitical structure of the regional order, which, if combined with the global opportunities of symmetrical development and convergence to the capacities and positive geopolitical factors, will form an absorbent core in the regional geopolitical structure. Provided that these countries' national and regional policies look at the component of common cultural capital in improving the level of social interactions, mutual competitive advantage in creating supply chain links and regional value, and mutual strategic depth in the stability of national-regional authority. Therefore, by increasing the density and valuable diversity of internal interactions and connecting with the space of currents at the level of interregional and global interactions, we can expect the creation of a network cluster of Central Asia-Iran with an effective placement in the geopolitical context of a global network in the natural-organic process of regionalism.
