Earning income in mayors is one of the things that has an impact on the provision of urban services to citizens. Hence, achieving new ways of providing sustainable and reliable sources of income, with no adverse economic, social and political consequences, plays a very important role. Effectively, in satisfaction of the urban community, speeding up the development and development of urban areas, and ultimately the good management of cities. At present, the Shandiz municipality is more dependent on unsustainable earnings, and therefore the city's municipality needs new and sustainable sources of revenue in terms of providing citizens with services that require a lot of money. Accordingly, the basic issue of research, how the Shandiz city's income situation is presented and the provision of an appropriate income model for the Shandiz municipality, as urban management. Therefore, this study will examine the income structure of Shandiz municipality, and will present a new model for providing new and sustainable income sources for providing more favorable urban services to citizens. On the other hand, this article seeks to investigate the effect of sustainable supply, and its components, on the city of Shandiz.

The research method is descriptive and survey-cross-sectional, and its main objective is to identify sustainable sources of finance and income for the Shandiz municipality based on comparative and field studies. In this research, after reviewing the income and financing methods of the world's municipalities, a standard questionnaire was developed for the analysis of the sustainability of income sources, and problems caused by unsustainable earnings, and among the members of the city council, the professors of the university's professors , Directors, assistants, counselors and municipality experts, directors and income experts, and experts in municipal finance. After distributing the standard questionnaire, among the members of the city council, senior managers and senior financial assistants, consultants, experts and financial experts, professors, professors, income managers and experts, Shandiz municipality revenue recognition, completed questionnaires. The statistical population of this study was 65 people based on the mentioned cases. The sample size was 65 people selected by census method. The adjusted questionnaire has 53 questions with 9 main variables (total tax on property and assets with 6 questions., other local duties with 27 questions, transfer taxes from the government to the municipality with 1 question, receiving the services provided by the municipality to citizens with 2 questions, income Due to construction complications, surplus of congestion and urban and perpetrator crimes, with 1 question,. privatization of services, and urban infrastructures with 3 questions, the participation of the non-governmental sector (public and private partnerships) to finance the urban profit-making projects with 1 question, Use of government grants with 10 questions, provision and launching of investment funds with 1 question) Validity of the questionnaire, by teacher of University has been approved, and its reliability has been proven to be 0.81 based on Cronbach's alpha. Data were entered into the SPSS software, and the research hypotheses were tested by using T-student, Friedman tests.

It can be stated that, considering the key role of municipalities in urban economics, proper economic planning, with a focus on sustainable earnings, would be an important factor for reducing profitability and profitability, and thus a comprehensive and long-term program, with Considering indicators such as attention to urban economics and infrastructure investments, the resilience economy model can help municipalities in producing and delivering more desirable services.
