چکیده

رشد روز افزون توسعه شهرها و بهره‌کشی از زمین و طبیعت امروزه یکی از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های بشری شده است. این روند در دهه‌های اخیر باعث شد تا جریان‌های جدیدی در خصوص حفاظت از محیط زیست، توسعه پایدار و مباحثی همچون رد پای اکولوژیک، بهینه‌سازی در مصرف انرژی و روی آوری به انرژی‌های نو و تجدید پذیر مطرح شود. از آنجا که این موضوعات به طور اخص به شهر و شهرسازی مربوط می‌شد، خیلی زود اندیشمندان شهری و برنامه ریزی شهری را نیز دغدغه مند ساخت. به طوریکه سیل عظیمی از تحقیقات در خصوص توسعه پایدار شهری و مباحثی از این دست صورت گرفت. یکی از این نظریه‌ها که علاوه بر وجه محیطی آن به ویژگی های ذهنی انسان نیز توجه بسیاری داشته است، نظریه شهر بیوفیلیک بوده است. از اینرو هدف مقاله حاضر تدوین الگوی شهر بیوفیلیک اصفهان براساس شاخص های مستخرج از مطالعات جهانی در خصوص شهر بیوفیلیک بوده است. روش تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است و برای شناسایی پهنه‌ها(یا محلات) مستعد توسعه بیوفیلیک در شهر اصفهان از مدل های آماری و گرافیک مبنا، خوشه‌بندی و تحلیل عاملی در تلفیق با محیط سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS استفاده شده است. یافته‌های این پژوهش در مرحله اول الگوی خاص شهر بیوفیلیک برای شهر اصفهان نشان می دهد که به طور کلی راهبردهایی را در بستر مکانی شهر اصفهان پیشنهاد می‌دهد. در مرحله دوم رتبه بندی محلات شهری از منظر شهر بیوفیلیک مشخص کرده است و در مرحله سوم خوشه بندی محلات شهر اصفهان بر اساس اصل همگنی در ویژگی های بیوفیلیک است که محلات شهر اصفهان را به 10 خوشه تقسیم بندی شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد محدوده های ناژوان و محله‌های نقش جهان، چرخاب، عباس آباد از نظر ویژگی های شهر بیوفیلیک از سایر محدوده ها برخوردارتر و هماهنگ تر هستند.

Introduction

The increasing development of cities and exploitation of land and nature has become one of the most important human concerns today. In recent decades, this trend has led to the emergence of new currents regarding environmental protection, sustainable development, and topics such as ecological footprint, optimization of energy consumption, and switching to new and renewable energies. Since these issues were particularly related to the city and urban planning, it soon became a concern of urban thinkers and urban planning. So that there was a huge flood of researches about sustainable urban development and such discussions. One of these theories, which, in addition to its environmental aspect, has also paid much attention to human mental characteristics, is the biophilic city theory.



Methodology

The research method of this article is applied in terms of objective and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. All the areas (or urban areas) are considered as the statistical population of the research. In this research, in cases where the information cannot be extracted from the existing maps, the statistical population representing the urban areas, which is the citizens of Isfahan living in the urban areas, is considered. is used The statistical sample was used through a simple random cluster sampling method, which is a statistical sample of 394 citizens of Isfahan, whose opinions about the characteristics of the biophilic city in their neighborhood are measured through a questionnaire.

The methods of data collection in this research include: documentary studies (library, internet, photos and aerial maps, etc.), observation, interviews and questionnaires, which are used according to the subjects in different parts of the research. In this research, after determining the principles, criteria and indicators of the biophilic city, clustering methods and algorithms, factor analysis are used. In other words, the indicators and characteristics of the biophilic city are extracted first. A part of these features is measured through digital maps and another part is measured through a questionnaire.

Results and discussion

In the first stage, the findings of this research plan a specific model of the biophilic city for the city of Isfahan, which generally suggests strategies in the spatial context of the city of Isfahan, which guides the general direction to reach the concept of a biophilic city at the scale of the city. This stage is actually a visual document (map). In other words, it is the framework of biophilic urban design in the city of Isfahan, which has been achieved through spatialization of basic strategies. In the second stage, the ranking of urban areas has been done from the perspective of the biophilic city. This stage, which is presented in the form of a map and image, has ranked the neighborhoods of Isfahan city from the point of view of the characteristics of the biophilic city.

The third stage of clustering Isfahan city neighborhoods is based on the principle of homogeneity in biophilic characteristics, which has divided Isfahan city neighborhoods into 10 clusters. Each of the clusters includes neighborhoods that are similar to each other in terms of biophilic city indicators. The third stage can be used as a support system for decision-making and design in two scales for plans and programs. First, on a strategic scale, because it is possible to consider the localities within a cluster to be the same with a little approximation, and adopt unique strategies and policies regarding them.

Second, on the scale of local design, in such a way that it specifies the strengths and weaknesses of each cluster and its localities, and the design in each locality should move towards which or which categories of biophilic city criteria to overcome the weaknesses. build or take advantage of strengths and potentials.

the second cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the second cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the first and third factors, but the situation is unfavorable in the rest of the indicators.

the third cluster; The localities that are placed in the third cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the fourth and seventh factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

the fourth cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the fourth cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the third, fourth and fifth factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

the fifth cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the fifth cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the first and fourth factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

the sixth cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the sixth cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the third and fourth factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

the seventh cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the seventh cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the first, third and sixth factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

the eighth cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the eighth cluster have a favorable situation only in terms of the indicators loaded in the third factor, and the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

ninth cluster; The neighborhoods that are placed in the ninth cluster have a good situation in terms of the indicators loaded in the third and fifth factors, but the situation is unfavorable in other indicators.

tenth cluster; The localities that are placed in the tenth cluster have a favorable situation only in terms of the indicators loaded in the third factor, and the situation is unfavorable in other indicators

Conclusion

The results of this research show that the areas of Najwan and the neighborhoods of Naqsh Jahan, Charkhab, and Abbas Abad are more harmonious than other areas in terms of the characteristics of the biophilic city.
