چکیده

سنجش وضعیت و میزان توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی و تلاش برای توسعه و تقویت آن در فرآیند توسعه روستایی از طریق فراهم کردن زمینه‌های اولیه آن از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی وضع موجود شاخص های توسعه کارآفرینی و تبیین عوامل تاثیر گذار و پیش برنده آن در روستاهای شهرستان الشتر می باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی و اکتشافی بوده و به منظور گردآوری داده ها از مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی و ابزار پرسش نامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه کارآفرینان روستایی شهرستان الشتر شامل تعداد 100 نفر می باشدکه بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 78 نفر محاسبه و انتخاب و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی تک نمونه ای و تحلیل عاملی انجام پذیرفته است. باتوجه به نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای می توان گفت که شاخص‌های توسعه کارآفرینی مناطق روستایی شهرستان الشتر (با سطح معناداری 296/0 و اختلاف میانگین اندک نسبت به ارزش تست تحقیق 3، یعنی 07/0) در سطح مطلوبی نیستند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نیز بیانگر این امر است که از بین 50 گویه ارزیابی شده، تعداد 12 عامل تاثیر گذار و پیش‌برنده توسعه کارآفرینی در روستاهای شهرستان الشتر می‌باشند که حدود 75 درصد از توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. درنتیجه می‌توان گفت که کارآفرینی روستایی پدیده‌ای چند بعدی شامل ابعاد مدیریتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فردی و البته جغرافیایی که لازم است با نگاه جامع و یکپارچه همه آنها در ارتباط با هم در نظر گرفته شوند تا از طریق برنامه ریزی علمی توسعه پایدار کارآفرینی روستایی در نواحی روستایی شهرستان الشتر تحقق یابد.

Introduction

Entrepreneurship as one of the strategies of sustainable rural development with innovation and creation of new opportunities for employment and income and creating prosperity can play an effective role in improving the economic and livelihood status of rural areas. Therefore, measuring the state and level of development of rural entrepreneurship and trying to develop and strengthen it in the process of rural development by providing its basic grounds is of particular importance.

Therefore, the purpose of the present research is to investigate the current status of entrepreneurship development indicators and to explain its influencing and driving factors in the villages of Al-Shatar conty.



Methodology

The research method is descriptive-analytical and exploratory, and in order to collect data, documentary and field studies and questionnaires were used. The statistical population of the current research includes all the rural entrepreneurs of Al-Shatar conty, including 100 people, based on Cochran's formula, 78 people were calculated and selected and investigated by simple random sampling. Data analysis has been done using t-test statistical tests and factor analysis.



Findings and discussion

According to the results of the sample T-Tech test, it can be said that the indicators of entrepreneurship development in the rural areas of Al-Shatar conty (with a significance level of 0.296 and a small average difference compared to the value of research test 3, i.e. 0.07) are not at the optimal level. The results of the factor analysis also show that among the 50 items evaluated, 12 factors are influential and driving the development of entrepreneurship in the villages of Al-Shatar conty, which predict about 75% of the development of rural entrepreneurship. According to the obtained results, factors such as investment in production activities, investment in research and development, investment in educational services, access to bank credits, free financial support, existence of entrepreneurial organizations, local participation in planning, native places Informing, handing over the necessary facilities, laws supporting capital attraction, privatization laws, transparent laws, intellectual property laws, the society's view of the entrepreneur, have the first priority or a factor load of 1, and investment in infrastructure facilities has a twelfth priority or a factor load of 12 .



Conclusion

Basically, the emergence of entrepreneurship in a society and its satisfaction depends on the influencing factors and drivers of development. In fact, these influential and driving factors play the role of rebuilding the future of living spaces. The development of rural entrepreneurship depends on the identification and use of these factors, and in fact, entrepreneurship is not possible without considering the drivers of development and, of course, foresight. In this regard, the result of the research showed that many factors are involved in the field of entrepreneurship, but some factors are of high importance, which are influential factors and promote the development of rural entrepreneurship. Factors that are mostly related to the economic dimension and then to the managerial-institutional and infrastructural dimensions. It is necessary to mention that in addition to prioritizing and giving importance to the identified key factors, other factors should not be neglected because the topics related to entrepreneurship A village with a geographical approach also follows a systemic approach. Based on this, political and institutional factors also play an essential role in the development of entrepreneurship in a region, and without political will and the right movement in the direction of development and attention of governments to a region and reform Structures cannot be moved towards development. Economic factors, including capital, must be taken into account. Infrastructural factors are essential for development, and without their development, the growth of entrepreneurship is practically impossible. Cultural factors should be laid in the direction of development in order to influence the growth of entrepreneurship. Also, environmental facilities play an essential role in the growth and development of a region and there should be suitable facilities such as natural facilities in a region so that it can help the development of a region and these natural facilities can be transformed from potential to actual by human power and technology. In addition to the mentioned requirements, a series of changes in structural procedures and approaches in the field of entrepreneurship are also necessary, because without their modification, it will not be possible to fulfill the infrastructure requirements.

As a result, it can be said that rural entrepreneurship is a multi-dimensional phenomenon including managerial, economic, social, individual and of course geographic dimensions, which must be considered in a comprehensive and integrated way in order to develop through scientific planning.
